Leadership impact since acquiring Elite
Randy acquired Elite Cleaning Service in September 2024, taking over from the company’s previous owner after more than two decades of operation. The first year set a fast pace. Revenue grew 60%. The team grew from 50 employees to over 70. The number of commercial buildings serviced weekly grew from 50 to 80.
That growth came from rebuilding around quality, not from selling on price. Randy spent the first months going account by account, raising every existing facility to a new cleaning standard before adding new clients. He hired additional supervisors and quality-assurance staff so the previous lean team could stop running thin. He restructured pricing to support that depth of execution rather than undercut it.
The pattern Elite’s clients see today is the result of that early work: weekly inspections on every account, fast response times, and a company that picks up the phone.
Vision for Elite on the Western Slope
Randy’s plan for Elite isn’t to be the cheapest cleaning company in Grand Junction. It’s to be the one that businesses with high standards stay with year after year because the work is done right the first time, and the second time, and the hundredth time.

Before Elite: a background in sales and operations
Randy is originally from San Diego, California, where he spent his career in sales and operations management. He brought that experience to Grand Junction, looking for a service business with room to grow under disciplined operations, and Elite Cleaning Service fit the bill.

Elite serves businesses across Grand Junction, Montrose, Delta, Rifle, and Parachute, with a team based locally on the Western Slope.
